Bank Description

What is it?

It works the same as a player description but not on the player but on the bank page. (The same page as the one that shows where the credit sell and buy is.)

Because I wanted to allow bankers to show what kind of loans they give off and what happens if you don't pay the loans, etc.

It will be placed on top of the buying credits rate so people can see it the first thing they open it.

Subject already raised in the past and so on... I think it wont happen, and it could be done with minimal effort, as the mood of other posts from the devs seems to much prefer the notion of bankers paying others to advertise their wares : taverns, newspapers, etc. This banker cant see the value of paying others to advertise services that dont make much coin to start with, but there you go... swimming against the tide as ever...

excellent news : I also like the new layout for the 'active ports' page.

as a suggestion : would it be possible to add a description panel on the Banks front page (like the one on the player profile page) : this would allow the bank to advertise itself or make offers and such.
