Game play suggestion

A guild based raiding option

This suggestion is partly related to http://www.piratesglory.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2724. Please read that first

Guilds are great to swap information and to create inside information opportunities (e.g. announcing that a guild member is going to lit up an inactive player so that other members can move in for the harvest.) with my suggestion to create a guild based raiding option the guild gets a tool that creates a true guild based activity.

How it will work:

On the guild page there will be a tab ‘create raid’ which allows the creator (the raid master) to choose a port, target and time frame. The raid master has to enter at least on fleet to the raid. Up to nine other fleets could be entered into the raid.

Fleets entered into the raid will sail to the designated port and join at that time the raid. At the given time the raid will be executed under the normal rules (target must be lit up or skirmish point are available etc.)

A raiding party will be stronger than the combined fleets. Each fleet will normally receive danger, but the raid masters fleet will receive double danger for he is in the brunt of the action.

Plunder and fame will be distributed according to strength added to the raid. (eg. A single Howker would receive much less than a 5x MOW fleet)

Damage is distributed in the same way to the fleets as it is now to ships in a fleet.

The raid master will control the raid and execute her. He will decide when the raid is done and then release the fleets from the raid. (this allows the raid to attack multiple targets in the same port within the given time frame)
