Voting Powertable - Players List

For nations that have a multitude of players, it can be difficult to determine who makes up each title/rank (outside of the Nation Council) specifically for voting. While a count gives you a number of each, it doesn't tell who is of each title/rank. A list of voting eligible players should exist. This can be extremely helpful to gather support for or against a particular vote.

The Voting Powertable should include one of the two options on the page.

1) Single Link that displays a two column list of all voting eligible players and their title/rank.

2) The counts for each title/rank are linked to a respective list of players for that title/rank.

No I don't want to see who hasn't voted, just those that can vote. When you have a large nation of members it is hard to find out which players can vote on a law without viewing each player's profile page. As citizens can't vote, it would be nice to have a list that shows the players who can vote and their rank. Their rank defines the voting power. This can be very useful in getting people to vote especially if it is for a vote on a law that was revised in the last 30 days, as total vote counts matter for these.

There is already a requirement to vote, you must reach the title of Captain or higher.
