Gold Bars?

Why do gold bars cost so much?

I just bought over 3,000 of them and it cost me 8 million gold coins?

Is this the normal price? If so, what type of people can afford this grand amount?

Its gold bar for a reason, and gold bars are from players with blacksmiths, and blacksmiths cost a lot.
