Avonmora lacks a Tattoo place! Several Pirates (and nobles sure) are looking to put markings on their bodies to no avail!
These creative people, all they want is a way to put to their profiles and probably next to their names the tattoo of their choice. No matter their deep desire, there is no such way in Avonmora!
