General trade report

I have a small add on for the general trade report (GTR).

When you look at the GTR it only gives you profit from warehouses and fleets. Not voodoo activated profits like Rum Festival or Potato Party.
I think it would be useful to have a fourth column placed in the GTR to show how much you have made from these voodoo curses. And maybe even one for plunder.

I have already suggested a more detailed trade report, which has been approved and will (at some point) be implemented in some form :)

It has also moved some pages back in the suggestion forum, but it is there. I think for all us who are statistics nerds, we would love some more.
