I'm almost a baron in the midway islands. I need to increase the port population in kanoni by 100,000 people. I casted 2 transport immigrants in that port and nothing happened. usually when there is a mission for increasing or decreasing port population there will be another message saying how close you are to completing your mission but this time there was nothing. I would like the 10 credits i payed for the transport immigrant cards back or just advance me to the next rank.

These missions are all messed up but no one believes me.

i do believe it happens quite often to me so i just dont do them at all

Missions like increase port population are much more expensive then only increase by 100,000 ( Not calling you a liar )... Try donating a 10 gold coins to see if the mission means donate...

The mission states otherwise:

I want you to severely help our influence in this port. Your efforts will be widely anticipated.

Influence, not population.
