when you send payment to another player and view transaction page you see paid by instead of paid to

eg:31 Mins 08 Secs ago, You have sent gc 100,000 to The International Bank of Cuba
3,200 paid by The International Bank of Cuba.

The Paid By refers to the transaction fees that were paid by that institution.

Nothing, obviously.

When sending a payment, for example you sent 100,000gc, transaction fees are charged. These fees as you stated were 3,200gc.

When you send the payment options are there to either have yourself pay the fees, or the receiver pays the fees. If you do it will be charged from the account you sent from or your treasury if you sent it from there. If you selected the bank pays the fees then you only send the initial 100,000gc and the fees are deducted from your sent payment. Therefor the bank actually received 96,800gc after the fees were paid.
