Has it happened momentarily? Does it still happen? If yes, screenshot, if not, there is nothing else to say. Generally, it is a browser issue and not a game issue. Refresh your browser for example.

it happened twice, first in one fleet then the other. but i've determined it IS a browser issue. thanks!
