It could have been a tiny glitch, it happened to me as well not to long ago against another player, both final ships sunk each other at the same time, yet I came out the Victor. I glanced it off as it was in a string of attacks but I remember noticing it

I want to see that battle. Click on report so I can see the attacker as I want to penalize him. Players that are caught exploiting the tie system like I saw today will be handed severe penalties. This will be fixed today.

It was a npc battle. I look for the battle reports and find nothing.

If you check the detailed report, you will see that you won by less than a hit point.
