Pirate Law

That those of the pirate nation, known hereforwit as pirates, shall be excempt from any scurrilous law, tax, penalty or other restriction under the law. As enshrined in our tax code, "are you kidding?" we are vehmenitley apposed to any such restriction on our econmic liberty, freedom and access to all ports of Avonmora, and the plunder inbetween.

And furthermore, MOW's and SOL's shall hereforth be determined unable to catch a quick and nimble fleet of a pirate who employs ships of frigate (regular) size and below, rendering such fleet immune from attack from such heavier forces.

SO say Ayecappy, so say we all!!!

This is not a law so I moved it to the suggestions forum.

Pirates should be allowed to evade nation laws. But there should be a chance to get caught and punished.

I believe as it is now the only ship that could avoid any other ship speed wise would be the cutter, correct? Smaller size could make it harder to detect, hit and catch in between ports. It also has the capability to plunder unarmed merchants. Could these possibly be written in to the game as advantages for those that choose plunder over the merchant life?

cut not enough and not covered by AP's...I mean really I'd like to see SOL and MOW NOT be fast at all, that's not realistic. They should be with BOW in medium.

a speed adjustment of some sort would make sense. ive brought this up before, so ill keep it short.... no pirate in history sat around in 3 different ports waiting for the people who they robbed to come get their money back with their armadas...

How about MOW can only attack SOL, SOL only lg frig and above. I like the dbl "danger" reduction too, how about half fame loss or something too!
