Current turn needed for a single SoTL = 145 with %20 reduction it will be 116. still reasonable amount of turns to build SoTL's. And also more than 100:P

i like the idea. its not that much reduction to make bigger effects.
But there is already a turn reduction suggestion by Captain Jack in port buildings topic. i dont know if we need to do it as a research or building for ports. but building for ports will be more helpful for large amount of players.

I think 116 turns is a good number, enough of a reduction to put more out there for those that invest in tech but still high enough that they will remain exclusive.

Aye, that be why Sotls/MoW's be trophys for those flying the Jolly Roger... All three of us :D

When you compare it to a Frigate though, which is 80 turns... You can get 'X4' the power which a additional 65 turns...

I knew you didnt read it:) for frigates it will be 64 turn cost for build new one. and dont forget frigate faster than a sotl. also safe against levies:)(not %100) its your bread and butter

Educational fact: I have known, my opponents in times of war or just 'revenge' to cast Levithans on my frigates. No ship is safe from being Levid, Skyhawk once told me; His opponent cast over 40 Call Levithans to sink his Brig of Wars. I am sure other folk have experianced this.

It happened recently, actually. Thus why I am flying round with level 8 frigates.

i know at some points you wouldnt be safe with even cutter. thats why i added not %100 part:) its all about motivation of attacks.
