I might be mistaken - But I think something like a Battle Arena has been suggested, perhaps if the Battle Arena gets Implemented , you would be able to challenge your " Guild Mates " and fight them as if they were not your Guild mates...

Duels have been suggested before and equally shot down even if the result of the duel made no change in fame, gold, or danger.

If there is no change in danger then why isn't it legal ?
