Agreed! What a letdown.

I hope the devs give it a buff... that accuracy is terribad. I watched my MoW and Xepshunall's MoW often miss 32 shots out of 40 against the opposing SotL that was only missing about 12 cannons out of 30. The result was the MoWs did about half the damage of a SotL before sinking.

Admin doesn't want us to make arrangements for change of ownership for these ships but I feel that you have been ripped off being given this piece of junk for all of your hard work. I can always build myself a decent ship if I need to so if you want to offload your Man of War and are willing to do what is needed to change ownership, I would like to be able to say that I had a fleet of them so would be happy to rescue you from your lemon and provide you a pair of shiny new Ships of the Line. If admin really wants you not to take me up on this, he can make the darned things worth keeping.

I was rereading some forum posts by Captain Jack and one post mentioned the MoW will be stronger than a SotL but more rare which balances the strength because you can only make one or plunder them. I think the MoW are not working as intended.

Nope. If you lose it you don't get it back. I didn't want my man of war so i tried to get rid of it and i gave it away. Doomoris was the lucky winner and he sold it. I was with wales but before attacking a bunch of wale citizens i switched to Argentina. I reached King and there is no man of war for me.

Although i do like being KIng and getting the 50k fame everyday.
