[Approved] Guild event for application expiry

A new player, Aiota (#40227),applied to my guild and the application showed up in the Guild Events page. When I went to approve the application, it was not found in the Review Applications page. This has happened to me a number of times before. Has anyone else had this happen in their guild?

yes, i've had it happen exactly as Cdv described it maybe a half dozen times or so.


it also seems like the message doesn't always reach their inbox. (though its possible they don't understand what i mean when I try to explain where to find said invite)

This happens when a player cancels his application. I don't think that we need another alert to tell you that he cancelled it. If you wish it though, we can add it.

Joining another guild cancels all applications right? It's a stupid question but I thought I might as well just ask it.

I think it would be good to have an alert when a player cancels an application. At least we will know what happened.

Well, you still know what happened; the player either joined another guild or canceled application ( you can check by character screen which of the two happened).

We can implement the event anyway, as an option though as I can already see many guild leaders not choosing this option ON. The default will be ON though.

I will move this topic to suggestions then and I will give it a low priority for now.
