Double Post - Suggestion to stop.

Sometimes when making a post the user gets trigger happy (Either through a faulty mouse or clicking it twice) and most times it will produce a double post (Two posts the same.)

To stop this I suggest a timeout of 5 seconds since the last 'post' was made. (In forums you can delete the double post, but in game forums you can not... Thus why this suggestion either this or add a delete button )
