Moderation

Postby Dejanira » Sat Jan 13, 2018 4:56 pm

This forum seems to begin needing moderation.

Sections like this one ("Suggestions", but not only) should be moderated, leaving the "Union of Honor" as the only space where everything is allowed.

+1 I agree.

Suggestions should be for meaningful opinions on the topic. Trolling, name calling, throwing insults, etc. is not something that should be in any sub forum or topic within the Game Development Section and should be limited to the Community Section of the Forums.

If you don't know what that is, look at the top and you will see a button that says Board Index, Click it an you will see.
I'm only here for Game Development and Forum Moderation.

If you see a forum rule violation, report the post.

+1 in this form constructive feedback should be given. Someone coming up with a suggestion can be criticized, but in a respectful manner and with reason

I definitely agree, and I urge anyone who see's a message that violates a rule to report it so that I or one of the other moderators can do something about it. Reporting them makes things much easier for us, since we can find them instantly if they are reported-otherwise we have no idea unless we see it for ourselves-and even I don't have enough free time to police the entire forums :D
