Fleet experience

Shouldn’t ships in a fleet gain experience over time? Experienced crews should count for something. A little more xp for battling (it is a pirates game) and some for trading. Maybe little at first and more over time to reward not to break fleets in times of trouble. The reward would be an upgrade point.

Is that, technically not what Flagship will bring to ONE certain ship, for pirates, doing some pirating? I know, you're thinking average, but some guys out there would really have the advantage then. Though, I like the idea.
