What should the game have more?

Poll

More strategy
I do have a few ideas on this.
1) Make it so actions that normally can be done by one cast needs more work done.
2) Create a good system where ships can be more useful than voodoo.
3) Anyone got anymore ideas?

More farming
Very general
More things that has a long term effect of making one earn more.
1) More ways to make money.
2) The usual way of making money becomes larger.

More powerful voodoo
Powerful Legendary voodoo should be something and not very basic ones that became legendary for no reason.

More basic voodoo
More common uncommon rare voodoo. Maybe add a new class of voodoo that is weaker than legendary but better than common uncommon rare voodoo.

More easier work
Actions should become more easier.
Should make money easier.

Ships more useful: I agree. "More useful than voodoo", no I don't think I agree there. Unless you count the usefulness of trade and plunder, which of course is the core of the game

What do you mean?"

It means that large investments of money can be put more into one role, that means that one role of earning can become even deeper.

Like how plunder have the plunder tech.
Like how merchants can put a lot of money into captains / gold bars.

Actually, I'm not a fan of the Plunder Tech. I USE it, because I think I can benefit from it, but that doesn't mean I really like it. This makes plunders GENERATE gold. If I plunder you, I get some gold from you, and a lot of gold from the game. So after I plunder you, we have more gold combined than we did before I plundered you. That... just feels wrong to me. I'd much rather steal a little more gold from you, than get a lot more gold from the game. The same applies to skirmishes. Gold appears from thin air.

Personally, I'd like gold to be generated from "crafting" (which is fishing today, possibly more options in the future), trading, taxes and so on. While plunders, skirmishes and other forms of attack should at best give the attacker what the defender loses, possibly less, since something is lost in the process (like when ships lose a level).

Adding "multipliers" to existing ways to make gold is probably not a good idea, unless those multipliers can only be achieved through careful planning, cooperation and competition with others. Particularly the competition element should have more focus, in my opinion. Trading, the backbone of the game, is too much a solitairy affair. It should be much more dependent on others, and have a strong element of competition to it, in my opinion.

What I really mean, is the remake of the interface so actions are easier. Things like multi cast, can cast multiple of defer voodoo at a target at once, of cast voodoo to multiple target at once.

Searching should become more easier. I don't know how, but I think all the searching should have a sorting by name or whatever.

Forum in tavern can have a sort for suggestion only or what not.
