This is an interesting idea! A bait ship. A trap..

Very weak, though. Not worth much, in my opinion.

If you think this card is weak, you should think about it a bit more.

This is very interesting! Make a legendary voodoo suggestion out of it! :arr
I love the surprise of it. To make it legendary-level you might add +% to hit in combat against the first fleet the attacks it. Also damage the victim fleet before combat starts?
