i propose to open a special auction accessible to bankers only.

bankers can put loan contracts up for sale. the content of the contract and the payback history of the debtor can be seen, but without player ID#
the seller can ask any % of the remaining expected income (capital+ interest) for the contract.
(a loan of 50000 with an expected profit of 5000 is worth 55.000 (if no payments are made yet) selling this contract for 90% will generate 49.500 as the sales price.
this will help banks when they are over extended and need cash quickly.
it will help banks with ample cashflow to buy up contracts at a margin. lowering the investment risk for they can see the payment history of the debtor.

(the selling bank will profit from the contract as long as the contract is not sold. from the day of the sale on the new banker will profit from it.)

with the promise of loan shark technology this will be interesting for suddenly a different banker is able to collect the grab the debtors collateral assets.

Especially this part will be useful. it will decrease to get an inactive contract.

IS there any possibility to add with a low amount %20-30 maybe to sell your contract to npc. like selling ships to shipwright. It would be useful to get rid of that inactive loans.
