Effect: Per Level, 2% off total time of cast is gone ( Offensive cards only ) ( Max Level 20 )
Cost: Since this will save your skin and you can lose up to 1/3 of the time for some cards , it will be as costly as Piracy. But the research time will be longer.

Example: I cast 3 Fugitive of Justice on Trixikilikili ( A example ) She has a level 10 Voodoo Maneuvers, 4 hours of the Fugitive of Justice are gone. 20 Hours remain.

Obviously, the max level here would be 20, as then player can loose 1/3 of total Active spell ( Offensive )
