You are a generous employer then... of course, I made no calculation for the cost of any pay-back... in my case, it would depend on the weather, day of the week and position of the moon... might be a buried treasure, might be less coinsiderate than that... best advice, is avoid casting on Fridays... but dont ask why.

I have noticed, they are no Nation Bounty Mission? They are Player Bountys/Ship Bountys/Voodoo Bountys - But no Nation Bountys where x Player selects a nation, a curse such as black death and then a port?

This could be a feature to be implemented.
