finally!!! And i agree withe .5% loss. .it will make it harder for the rich guys to keep multiple ports and thus gve the po0r once a crack at controlling one or two ports. .tho i was recently evicted by a former comrade with not much of even a hi or whatever on the matter. .oh well. .pirates are what pirates do. .hope the other features get implemented so0n also

Would it lesson the influence in a port first or come out of the total fame gained by a pirate each day?
