[No bug] events sticking

hi i did an initial search and didnt find anything with this topic.. so i have a notification that i have 7 new events, clicked them, they wont go away. tried on different platforms ios and desktop still wont go away. help? thank you.

Try going to page 2 of your news feed. If you get more than 20 items on your list between checking your news it will overflow onto the next page.
