This law would allow the council to consider subsidizing citizens on their ship taxes for whatever reason.

Option 1) Individual or rank
Option 1a) Name of individual.
Option 1b) Rank: Captain or below, Admiral or below, etc.
Option 2) Percentage of subsidy 50 - 100%
Option 3) How many consecutive days 1 - 30

We shall incorporate this into the existing law (and every other law).
As I said before, the basis for separate ruling per title already exists. We just need to give you the controls. I will approve it but the end result will be like I described and not a new law.
