Having a suggestion for newcomers to pick an immersive name like Scott "Lucky" Cooper or Smiling Jack instead of letting people go with "Gamerboy197" and "Bloody nat" would help with the roleplay of the game or even adding a link to a pirate name generator like this one https://www.fantasynamegenerators.com/pirate-names.php
