Ability to donate money to your nation's treasury.

I member some pieces of the same suggestion been made before.

With bank everywhere and you can easily make your own or use others, so the problem of using the treasury as a bank don't seem to be a problem, spending 3 turns is better than waiting 3 days to store your own money, so, what's stopping this from being a thing?

Exploitation.

If it happens then one can use the nations treasury as his own 'Bank' with no reserve (Compared to Banks which you have to spend money to store more gold coins.)

Agreed, the rule is a bit outdated since any adam or eve can rob the treasury; but still stands.

This has been suggested and disapproved multiple times before. Nothing has changed as to why such should be allowed in the first place. Therefore, disapproved.
