Preferred Banks Expansion

We are currently using preferred banks mechanism for Operating Permissions only.

Our design is to expand this to more places. The idea is to have this system replace your hand at places where turns are not needed. This means that every action that generates a lot of gold coins for the hand, without the use of a turn, will fall into this.

Here are the top 2 actions in mind:
-Credit Exchange
Buying/Selling credits will only be possible by using funds at a bank account. This will save turns in withdrawing/depositing when using the exchange and it will actually enhance trading.

At the other hand, it will no longer be possible to sell credits to get gold coin at hand during an attack.

-Gold Bars Manual Sale
Selling Gold Bars manually will no longer return gold coins at Hand. The market will instead use Preferred Banks and store your income there. Buying will be directly from hand.

No fees for these
===============
These particular actions, will incur no fees for the bank/nation.

Besides gold bars, would this include other manual warehouse commodities sales, ie., tools, iron, etc.?

Cant sell credits to gain gc on hand..... -1

Also, what about a pirate not usin a bank? I cant now buy credits with my coin on hand either? Forcing a poor pirate to use a bank.... and i thought it couldnt get tougher on the black flag.

Credit exchange through bank..... +1

Gold bars to bank.... -1

If I want to sell goods stored in my warehouse, that should go directly to my pocket no matter what I’m trying to sell. Unless, are you intentionally trying to limit the ways people can sell things for gc on hand when being attacked?

Also, what does it do if you have no preferred banks set? Or what if your accounts are maxed out/frozen in the preferred bank?

How will blacklist affect it? If I am under the effects of blacklist, can I no longer sell gold bars? I would think that drastically affects the terrorize card.

When purchasing credits, will it draw from multiple bank accounts if my purchase is not covered by just one?

I disagree with the gold bar portion as it is a product as well. At the very least, we should set either a set percentage to go to hand or have it player set

- 1 to both.

While it maybe ways to fix existing problems with gc exploits, its not the best way to fix them.

while both suggestions benefit some players and strategies, they penalize others, and exclude some tactics. personally, atleast where goldbar sales go to, we should be able to toggle on/off. preferrably both. if this would be implented as original idea, pirates should be excluded from such limits (or benefits), to reflect that they are not bound by such laws or rules

This is my opinion as well.
