Guild Levels and Guild Donations

I think I read one similar suggestion before, but I think its lost, somewhere. Unless I forgot it was me.


Max level : Infinite
1% bonus from plunder per level.
1% cheaper goods per level (0.01% goldbars)

Cost
100 million (25 million increase per level)
500 credits (100 credit increase per level)
1000000 guild xp (500000 xp increase per level)

You can donate gold to the guild to be used for upgrade.
You can donate credits to the guild to be used for upgrade.
Guild earn 1 xp for every goods sold.
Guild earn 250 xp per battle won.
Guild lose 200 xp per battle lost.

Balance maybe off, unless tested.

I do think it would be interesting for their to be more benefits for guilds, and things that the guild can work toward to improving itself. Like guild tech, or guild buildings, and that the whole guild can work together to try to build and make these things. I do not think I like guild levels though. But I definitely would like to see an addition where guilds can work together to accomplish projects.

If max level is infinite and you get a +1% per level... that might lead a percentile over 100? O.o
If a +200% in plunders could work, what is a resource discounted by 200%? :D

I like the idea of giving people the chance to let the Guild grow tho. This may mean Guild treasury, Guild roles (an old suggestion mentioned port taverns run by Guilds, IIRC), Guild buildings.
Also, this would award long lasting Guilds.

Yeah, I think I need to think of a proper calculation for the extra value/cheaper values. But I did say that the value is unbalanced.

With plantation coming and hideout buildings being a thing that exist, I am not sure about guild buildings, but it sounds interesting.

This is an aspect of guld membership/reward/contribution that WoW does very well, a mechanism that rewards guild participation and loyalty, for both player and guild isn't something that should be dismissed out of hand.
