If you are in Port Neapolis (cotton port), and you have way too much cotton in there. You don't want it to be taking up warehouse space.

There should be option at the warehouse to "Burn" materials in there. You gain nothing from burning. The materials can be picked to burn and homwuch.

Ex: I have a 150k warehouse in Neapolis and have 50k Cotton in it.

I want to burn 30k cotton.

Press option to burn > Pick Cotton > Select how many cotton to burn.

It's a convenience card of substance that can be achieved by different means.
Been there, done that and certainly more careful now.
What you want to do can be done with ships so I'll give it a big fat -1.

I for one tend to think the unload warehouse feature is used for trading. Not become a long resolution to a stupid thing.

I think ships should not be able to unload materials into a port that makes that material (exclusion of gold).

Official List of Demands. I guess this card can be used for that purpose. if you want to get rid of that cottons. for 30k you just need to cast 4 of them.

build a howker fleet, set the parameters to load out from the offending warehouse and sell in the closest port.

How about, we buy all the cotton from a port and burn em all!

and then citizen got no clothes to wear . it getting worse when winter is coming.

That is wasting voodoo and costly as well. And it is not as effective when you want it all out since it goes by percentages.
