Effect: Per level, your fame will additionally rise by 0.5%-1% ( To be discussed ) extra of your current level ( Takes place a min After Upkeep) , so then it is using your Fresh fame report. ( Max Level 20 )
Cost: The cost will be the same as Political Science, yet requiring 500 gold bars on the first Level then going upwards.
Example, I have 20 Million fame on one upkeep I gain 265,000 fame; I have a level 10 Fame Advance Technology which will increase it by 5% so the end number happens to be 1013250 ( If we are going along with 0.5% which is ideal as even at 5% it is still a Powerful Mechanic
