a feature open to only the guild boss, that lets them view what ships guild members have.

this way they can better advise guild members without having to waste a spy.

Another option for a card like this is to give control to the fleet owner.
I would sooner choose who I take my advice from than have it dictated to me by someone who, I would feel, may not be skilled enough.
It could be a reward in the quartermaster training missions for new players.

it could be a share with guild option, turn on or off option.
but guild masters should have an over view.
if you don't trust your guild master then maybe time to find a new guild.

-1. For me it's just an ethical issue. I believe in privacy for members of the guild, their fleet information is their choice to share. On a more technical note, when your guild has over 100 people or even over 50 people, that's an insane amount of information.

Maybe the player should be have to give the master permission before he can see it?

LOL ..normally I would agree but in my case I have full trust in my Guild master.

Just saying... I would not like it done to me. How I stack my ships is my business and who I ask for advice is also my business. As guild leader I can advise but how the members do their config is their business.
I will side with Roi... don't like the privacy invasion it imposes. Also, it is easy to get that info by just asking guildmate in question. If he does not want to give it out, I agree... he should look for another guild !
