Sea Monsters

I think some Ports should randomly have sea monsters some harder then others even if ur not going for a title i think itd be cool

Sone could be easy and normal some could be super hard to beat i think it should be the harder they are the bigger the prize

So basically you want to add another NPC "fleet" called Sea Monsters. How will this coexist with missions. Players can get confused on which sea monster they already beat. Also, since we have missions with Sea Mosters, how come we just don't add another mission/quest that allows you to hunt sea monsters for extra gold?

While additions to NPC Missions would be nice, there are more comprehensive suggestions than this.
