I think its better to use a limiter like, having be able to only burn 50k per week. If you want to burn more, you are fined by the game for open burning, at the cost of 10 Gc per one crate burned.

If would use it less often than I do Rotten Food so maybe use of rotten food can be modified to do this and avoid adding more seldom used cards to the voodoo inventory
