In-game moderators wanted

Ahoy all,

Soon we will need to assign some in-game moderators. At this first stage, the task will be to enforce the netiquette rule to all in-game forums (national, guild and forthcoming ones).

Especially for the forthcoming forums, which will be strictly of roleplaying nature, in-game moderators will be required to ensure that roleplay is strictly maintained.

For example, one of the new forums will be the ability to comment on every Global Event. Every comment there must come like as if the in-game character spoke it. This is called In-Character (IC). Any Out of Character (OOC) talk will be forbidden. It will be up to the moderators to ensure this happens.

IC talk must also respect netiquette rule.

We will be looking to get a handful of such moderators to reduce the workload for everyone. We do not want to create any burden for this and a large number of moderators will help everyone to deal with issues as they are created, rather than searching/following them.

We already have Meliva who however already has extra tasks in-forums. I believe that about 3 more moderators at this stage will be an ideal number to start. Maybe 4 more. Keep in mind, that in the beginning, the moderators might need to also spend some extra time in PMs, explaining to players how things work. Not everyone reads these posts although we intend to incorporate an in-game warning that will outline all the requirements for everyone to see.

The requirements for applicants are the following:
-At least 6 months playing the game.
-At least 200 posts at the forums.
-Must have Hideout in-game.

Anyone interested, please send me a PM in-game. I will announce the selections later. Hopefully there will be a handful of applicants.

is this to keep all talk as role play or only the talks in the roleplaying forums

This refers to all in-game forums. As for roleplay, right now you can post as you like at the various boards in-game. However, soon there will be some boards where you will be required to roleplay or not post at all.

We have received around 10 applications so far.
I have not replied to any of them (well, only to one to clear out the role) so I thought to create a reply for all here.
