Game Downtime

Greetings everyone,

First of all, we would like to apologize to everyone for the recent downtime. This was one of the things that happen in online games but this was the first time it happened to us.

We work to our servers frequently and this problem happened during a routine maintenance. Unfortunately, the database refused to follow us after a hard disk failure. No matter how hard we tried, it was impossible to recover all data at that time. Therefore, we were forced to bring the game back alive through a backup we took earlier today.

In detail:
-All character assets have been roll-back a few hours ago, when the backup has been taken.
-This includes battles/voodoo/almost everything

However, we have saved all messages sent till the last moment. All guild discussion/chat/etc

We will add 20 credits and 200 turns to all players that have logged in the game in the last 48 hours. This will happen shortly.

All user news have been deleted. That's due to an error we did in the last moment. We will recover these a bit later.
No user accounts have been lost.

All my fleets are on 2 danger, I have 7000 cotton but only 1000 iron? Before I had 2k iron and 2k cotton lol

There has been a roll-back. All your assets are like they were about 10 hours before.

Dear Jack although i appreciate the bonus credits and turns would rather have had the money i appear to have lost from my treasury. i was about to buy a new ship and now my money has dropped so i can no longer purchase it.
any chance of working out the amount i lost?

We cannot restore anything like this. The game has moved back 10 hours so anything you lost or won during these 10 hours have been forfeited. Any trade income you made during these hours is lost too. Any plunder income, all are lost as all are like they never happened.

This is why we added 200 turns and 20 credtis. Use the credits at a bank exchanger perhaps, to get the gold coins you miss ;)
The current rate from what I have seen is about 150k per credit. 8-)
