Okay so the voting is over, and the winner is

Kyle Gunwale's Message in a Bottle with 7 votes.
and about a 4 way tie between
Portside Perusal by Soleil
Articles of Avonmora by Meliva
The PG Advisor by Noffin
The Goroum Gazette by Shadowwood

So I'm just gonna combine 2nd and 3rd place prizes, 25 creds and give each of them 8 creds, and just keep the change.
