Recent outage

Ahoy everyone,

The game went offline for about 32 minutes. We were online trying to figure out a solution within 3 minutes since the issue started.
We suspect that this was due to a DoS attack on our hosting company although we have not verified this yet.

During the outage, no one had access to the game. There are no issues with the game.

There is nothing more to the case; DoS attacks are infrequent but can happen at anytime. This was the 2nd DoS attack on our hosting company (if verified) this year and the first to affect us.

This is a record time for an outage on our new datacenter. The last long time outage, dates back in July 2012 where a whole datacenter was affected. We had a downtime of 1 hour back then.
