Right now, terrorize forbids the player to hire. Back to the day, this was far more powerful than now. Currently, the card can mostly be used as an anti-purify token. However, Vengeance of the Witch Doctor does not even permit this a lot.

Therefore, we will either retire it and replace it with the new card Blacklist (check other topic) or improve it. Replacing it, is a step we would rather avoid. Therefore, we have came up with two decent ideas:

Add 2 new limitations:
1. Player cannot use Treasure Hunt feature for the duration of the enchantment (only valid at selected port).
2. Player cannot sell gold bars at the Market (again of the specific port).

I like these additions, certainly makes the card more useful in combination with the proposed blacklist
