Academy has been implemented.

For Academy Version 1.0 what is only left is the Loan Shark technology which is however also a bank expansion. We will work on this in the near future and within game version 1.8

2.5% per level bonus bonus on each ship's Round Shot (PvP only)

After exploring the techs and their descriptions, I was thinking. Since banks are restricted and pirates can not access them can we make Piracy tech specifically for pirates? Seems a technology with such a name and design should not be usable by law abiding citizens.

Not to mention increasing the attraction of the pirate flag.

Let's keep Piracy for nations till we create the "Privateer class" in a more defined way (if ever). The Piracy technology bonus is very useful for the players now playing the game as privateers (playing the pirate with a nation flag).

Also, it is always easier for us to make the game harder for Pirates and easier for the rest but not the other way around. (So, you want to be a Pirate?)

A question has been raised about the tech - Warehouse Tycoon.

For large quantities of goods the price will always work out ok, but for small quantities how is the rounding done?
