-1-1-1=-3
-I think the time should be reduced to 12 hrs; 24 hrs is too much: one should atleast be able to retaliate quickly: and it will cost him/her gold coins to repair their ships. This card gives too much oppurtunity to raiders, as long as the target does not carry too much money with him.

-Another thing is that this new thing will affect Bank owners' income, espescially of the raided banker is an active client. Come on, give the bankers a break...Though I can't see many transactions happening in 24 hours...but still, there are the chances that one might.

-The cost turns is too low...come on, you are going to disable a player from practically rpeapiring ANY large number of ships...ANd the WAY YOU PEOPLE RAID IN PG, THE TARGET'S FLEETS WILL GET SOLD WITHIN A FEW HRS, ****. Pls tell me if I'm mistaken...I've seen how ye guys use Voodoo cards.

I would agree with the introduction of this card if it met the following restrictions.

Rare
8 or 10 turns
12 hour duration
Only one card can be cast on someone every 24 hours
Only restricts deposits and withdrawing of funds
(allowing bankers to continue managing their banks through loans)

I have multiple bank accounts,
Would this card stop me from using all of them?
I don't know, it seems to me if they ain't got you one way they got you another,
So what's the answer? that's what I keep asking myself, what's it all about?
Know what l mean?

Aye, I believe that be the idea.

Another way to handle this card would be make it uncommon, unstackable. 3 turns buys 1 hour of a lockout from your acccount - user could add 3 dditional turns for every hour they wish to have the accounts frozen, with a miximum of 24 hour shutdown. (Could use 3 turns for the first hour, 1 turn for the remaing 23 hours.)

Once expired, it can be fired up again - if my thinking is right, it will burn through turns and through the cards a little quicker this way.

This will make the use of the card more strategic, not just a blanket 24 hours you be shut out.

Just another way to look at the card - fewer restrictions, easier to understand the use of it with a bit more versatility in the strategy to use it. More expensive to use for a long term attack - nice short term gambit for ambush or raid.

So you are proposing a 2X cost where X is the number of hours locked. Plus a limit of 24.
It seems a bit expensive in turns for me but we can accept these terms.

Regarding usage, it should affect all banks. The purpose of the card is to allow someone to conduct a raid without worrying about the defender resorting to a simple withdrawal to defend.
