We are working on both suggestions right now.

In detail:
-Tags will show
-You will not be able to attack own guildmates or guilds that your guild has nap (non aggression pact) or alliance (soon coming with diplomacy)

The guild system still unfinished but we will finish it all this week for certain. We need to move on to patrol/escort feature as soon as possible!
