Plus, as the law explicitly mentions, Hostility Law does not apply to attacks against NPC targets. In short, nothing is new against them.

Kangaroo: That applies to NPCs of ALLIED nations (or those with a non-attack treaty). NPCs of your own nation still gives you hostility.

Thank you both, I took CJ's note that HP did not apply to NPCs to be unilateral, that it has always applied to own nation flag did occur to me, but I think I misread too much into the HP post.

Due to a mistake on our part, the automatic Cease Fire to Neutrality engine was not working. We fixed the issue and hopefully it will work fine now. Expect all old cease fires to expire to neutrality at around 12:00 game time (noun).

Seems like the cease-fire functionality now works as intended. Which takes us a step further in our current development roadmap.
