[Implemented] Name change limitation

Since changing a name is no longer useful as a tool to reduce fame, I would like to get my original name back. Please include a timer to indicate when I will be able to change it again. Or at least show the date and time of my last name change. For all I know, this change could have come with a bug that would be difficult to prove without the date or a timer. There is no reason to suspect a bug yet but no harm in being able to spot one when the 30 days ends.

"You can change your name once per 30 days", is all that the page tells me. It would be fine if it cost me 10% per attempt until it is successful.

We added the timer.

This limitation was added when Acadien exploited this function back to the day. Obviously, we don't want you to lose fame in this way. In fact, the fame cost was added as a reason to deter someone to change his username (apart from the realism reasons).
