[Implemented] Clickable links

Approved. Its easy but we will bundle it with more things. There are similar pages that need similar work. Some voodoo cards for example. Feel free to post them up in this topic (all these places).

In general, every player name, fleet name, ship name, country name, etc; they all should be clickable.

Tuesday sounds like a good target day to implement these.

Well, then in the "manage fleets" page, the ports names could maybe let be clickable too?
And, in "global events", Nations names? ^_^

minor irritant currently much like loading ships without going to warehouse and trying to unload 1 fleet when many are present in port
One at a time gets the job done !

Bless and Drums of War cards : after casting the first, the fleet name is not clickable so you have to go back to fleets page and re-select fleet or go to Voodoo inventory, re-select card and enter fleet number... lol... a clickable link and its a lot easier.
