To be a rookie, you must be in the game less than 6 months, and have been active for at least 4 of those.

This will be by nomination and voting.

For the next 2 weeks, the nominations will be open.
After that, I will open voting poll for 1 week.

First place, 150 million gc

Fourth place 80 million gc
Fifth place, 60 million gc
Sixth place, 50 million gc
Seventh place 40 million gc

Uhm not to complain but that would mean a player would need to have played for atleast 4 months.
