A Lambs Tale

Recently, on an expedition to find the land of Beimeni, an unknown chapter of the codex was found. The loosely bound pages titled “The Vision of the Changing Tide”, were stamped with the seals of Pirate Lords Morgan and Bartholomew and fully detail the prophecies fortold…
While they did not find the fountain, they claim to have been led, by the ghost of Grey Balls McSaggynuts to an open field where mythical creatures feasted on fruits so sweet you could taste them on the wind. In the center stood an ancient tree with one, single glowing fruit. They were instructed to eat the fruit so ol’ Grey Balls could “let them see what is to come”, each one was given a separate glimpse of prophecy of the changing tide.
This is an excerpt of the first passage:
“Driven by the actions of the Shadowed one, his clan and his great nation, it is said that there will come a great cleansing, when blood will spill and the nation will burn. Look to the lamb who shall awaken when those who follow the false king and believe him a god, spill the blood of the innocent, chase away the young and set to destroy all that has been created. Neither for coin nor defense, but for Ego and vanity.
By the death of righteous peoples King, the Lamb shall rise and return to the land of water, where the sky burns and the gold and the bird and the sun.
The lamb shall claim the crown, as the second coming of the slain king, Poseidon himself will deliver a to the lamb a parchment of which brimstone seals will be affixed.
The first seal to be broken will bring about the loss of the lamb and from its blood a lion will rise to exact a toll on those who think themselves untouchable. As each remaining seal breaks one of four messengers will arrive, each exacting the lions desires, famine, plague, war, death… the influence gained over their people will vanish, floods will destroy all but the hardiest of ships and crops, the leaders of their armies will vanish, the seas will boil as great creatures bring ships to the depths, billions will die, fortune will be lost and the mighty nation built on the promise of a welfare state, on the bones of others will burn from within and the tides will change.”
The second passage only had one sentence followed by blank pages… It read “These words will become penned themselves as those that are firm become broken by the Lion when the Lion dictates and the months that follow.”
