RP- End to the Grudge

Alright here's the new RP, this one is a 4 on the realism scale, so its' pretty open to most things, just nothing to unbelievable or over the top. So no wiping out an entire army of fleet effortlessly or summoning entire armies from nowhere.

Rules are as follows.

1. Try to keep things in character. Don't post something unrelated to the RP here. If you don't like this RP, don't complain about it here. Post a new thread or start your own RP thread if you don't like this one. I would actually be quite happy if someone posts a RP of their own so please feel free to do so.
2. You can control your characters actions-You can not control others. NPC's are fair game and anyone can control them, so long as its believable and in character. A guard for example shouldn't just up and decide to shoot an orphan for no reason-that is out of character. Anyone without a name will be considered a NPC, if you name a character but want it to be a NPC then just mention that said character is NPC in quotation marks after a post.
3. You are allowed to have multiple characters- but be reasonable. Don't flood the story with a bunch of your characters. 2 or 3 in one story is fine, anything past that is sort of pushing it unless you are really good at managing them.
4. Use Italics for actions, and try to separate things nice and neat. Also use paragraphs when needed. Quotations if for speaking out of the roleplay.
5. No editing of a post once you post it. The exception is to fix spelling mistakes or minor errors. It can be real annoying when someone posts one thing and another responds to it only to find what they responded too is now completely different.
6-Do not act on knowledge you know but your character doesn't- If for example Character A is being attacked in the tavern, and your character is in the church, you can't have your character suddenly rush to the tavern to help unless you can give a reason WHY he knows what is happening or he is rushing to the tavern.
7-if you have an objection to something, message the person directly first to resolve it.
8. The most important rule- Have fun.

On the island of Valorim many are gathering to form a large force to strike against a powerful enemy. Large rewards are promised to those who join to help end this grudge, though the battle is bound to be bloody and devastating. Near the docks a masked robed woman, and 3 other women in robes stand, with large chests of gold around them, as they enlist mercenaries and other fortune seekers into their ranks. The masked woman, by the name of Vune is a very old very powerful witch, and the 3 younger ones are relatives of hers all witches as well, their names Emily, Veera and Zephyra. Vune occasionally shouts as she points to the chests or other valuable items

Come see me if your looking for work, got plenty of valuables to offer, from gold to ships to gems to magical items, need all the hands we can get.

A tall and lean redheaded woman wearing a lightly stained and loose fitting white silk shirt and loose black silk pants walks down the dock. Her head cocks to one side and the single braid falls down her shoulder and over a black leather quiver as she hears the shouting of the witches. She places her hands comfortably on the matching rapiers on either hip, then nods to herself and heads on over to the witches.

I be hearin' yer lookin' fer hands, and me hands are lookin' fer work. What be ye lookin' for? M'name's Aloeth, Aloeth Bowstringer. I be good with the blades, but better with me bow. Just be needin' a new bow as I left it on me ship, and me ship's courtin' Davy's Locker.

Vune nods and replies as she straightens her mask

We just be needing people to come along and help fight a bunch of enemies of ours. Well more so enemies to Jack, me and my kin only be having 2 enemies we are looking to take care of, but they got plenty of mooks under them that we could use help weeding out. Do you have any men under your command or are you just a solo merc? Either way we could use you. As for a bow we can certainly get one for you-perhaps a magical one if you prefer? Pretty sure I got a few stashed away somewhere.

Aye, I can be bringin' about a dozen men. As fer the bow, who wouldn't prefer a magical one? Unless it be cursed, I don' want a cursed one. I'll send word to me men and get'em here. Gregor's a good cook, and the rest've them know their ways around a ship, but handy in a fight. If'n ye be payin' them well, they be workin' fer ya soon.

She turns to an urchin on the docks and tosses him a small bag that jingles when he catches it.

Go'n find me crew at the Stinky Cannon tavern and tell'em that their Cap'n Aloeth has payin' work for'em. Now git gone and git back.

The urchin trots off and heads into the town to find the crew, which will eventually make their way onto the docks and into working positions.

Only give cursed stuff to enemies or people i dislike. Or thieves who take stuff that don't belong to them. Veera go get a bow from the treasury, the one that can't be lost.

Veera grumbles and disappears coming back minutes later with a black bow and hands it to aloeth. Vune just points to it

Since you lost your last one, I gave you one you can't lose. If you do just will it back and it will come to you. As for your men, we really only need fighters honestly, so long as they can and will fight we will hire them.

A man named Flint appears on the dock after walking out of the abyss, He had been hanging around the port waiting for Vune and Zeph's activity to start up again . He has completely black eyes, wears a set of armor from Davy Jones himself, It be some kind carbon alloyed metal but is light as a feather, With black gloves an leather boots to his knees he walks up to Vune after looking at Aloath an scoffing

How be ye' on this fine evening me lady?

Looks Zeph up and down an nods with pain of regret

Fine. Have much more free time now, and I can finally get back to scheming. Once I take care of Agrat and Eric ill have even more free time to devote to planning and plotting.

Well unlike you I have goals and plans other then just lying about drinking and fighting senselessly. So I work towards those goals, and the best way is to plan and plot in my opinion. I got my sister and nieces and daughter all working with me now, and I have plenty of other subordinates and resources thanks to all my plots and plans. And I know with a bet more clever thinking and work I can get even closer to my goals. If your just here to chat, then I would prefer if you leave. I have more important things to do and think about then wasting it talking to you.
