Role-Play- Killings in Kanoni

Time for a new RP. Rules are as follows. This one is a 3 so still pretty unrealistic.

1. Try to keep things in character. Don't post something unrelated to the RP here. If you don't like this RP, don't complain about it here. Post a new thread or start your own RP thread if you don't like this one. I would actually be quite happy if someone posts a RP of their own so please feel free to do so.
2. You can control your characters actions-You can not control others. NPC's are fair game and anyone can control them, so long as its believable and in character. A guard for example shouldn't just up and decide to shoot an orphan for no reason-that is out of character. Anyone without a name will be considered a NPC, if you name a character but want it to be a NPC then just mention that said character is NPC in quotation marks after a post.
3. You are allowed to have multiple characters- but be reasonable. Don't flood the story with a bunch of your characters. 2 or 3 in one story is fine, anything past that is sort of pushing it unless you are really good at managing them.
4. Use Italics for actions, and try to separate things nice and neat. Also use paragraphs when needed. Quotations if for speaking out of the roleplay.
5. No editing of a post once you post it. The exception is to fix spelling mistakes or minor errors. It can be real annoying when someone posts one thing and another responds to it only to find what they responded too is now completely different.
6. The most important rule- Have fun.

Next post begins the story.

The port of Kanoni, has been having troubles lately. Someone or Something has been stalking the nights, killing the citizens. No one knows who or what it is, but many people have died, women, men, young, old. It seems it targets everyone. Some say it must be a monster, others that its just a lunatic. The governor has offerd quite the generous reward, of 3 Million gold to whoever finds and captures the killer-dead or alive. Quite a few mercs have already came, seeking to claim the bounty. Many flock to the local tavern, where they try to pick up any rumors or info about the killer and the killings.

whilst sailing back to Valorim, Jack's ship came upon seven merchant ships, unnafiliated. Jack took each of them, only one tried to fight back. Jack dropped them off, he then went plundering around Avonmora, taking more vessels all extremely valuable. He then sails into Kanoni, which is governed by IOM, a nation he is friendly to, to sell his prizes. He and Fr. O' Conner walk into the tavern to stop for a drink.

Time for the new RP. This one is once again a 4 on the realism scale, so very unrealistic. Rules are as follows.

Make up your mind, Mel.

Agnar and Mikkel sails into Kanoni and leaves their ship in the hands of the crew. They've heard the rumours, so there are extra guards on it. And, they left with their shields. Thet set their course towards the tavern

Oh, Mikkel... This might just be your speciality.

Mikkel grins

If he's engaging in a fair 1 versus one, that might be

fixed, I normally copy and paste the rules, and I forgot to edit out that one part from the last RP.

As they enter the tavern, Veera sees them and laughs as she waves at them. She calls to them as she smiles, thinking of something rather sinister.

Well if it ain't the worlds worst friends. You hear about Carl and Brian? After you guys left them alone in the middle of the road, the port woke up before them, and hanged them. I thought I was supposed to be the evil one, but jeez, that was just heartless. Hell Dow even told you the port would probably kill them if you didn't help, so i just gotta ask, did you really hate them THAT much?

Jack shakes his head

No veera, no. I had business to take care of, life or death sort of business and I had to leave. Besides, I doubt you are telling the truth.

Mikkel seems confused, and Agnar just nods

Eye, we left him, but I recall Dow saying something about you being her ride... I reckon you came back for Dow and ... Hey, who knows.

He said the last with a cheeky smile on his face

Veera smiles as she looks to him. Jack feels a tap on his shoulder, as he turns he gets socked in the face, by an angry looking Carl. Brian just looks to him before speaking.

Life and death business my ASS Jack. FIVE MINUTES. It took Veera FIVE BLEEDING MINUTES, to get us to our ship. What the hell was so important you couldn't spend 5 damn minutes to help us to our ship. You realize if Veera hadn't helped us we probably would be dead.

Veera laughs as she looks to Jack.

You deserved that honestly. And by "life and death" business, do you mean going around robbing merchants, and stealing ships? Nice to know you think stealing and robbing people is worth more to you then your supposed friends.

Carl and Brian just take a breath before speaking.

We'll call it even for now. But it really hurt us knowing we apperently didn't matter enough for any of you to take a few minutes to help us. We are supposed to be friends right? The fact that Veera of all bloody people helped us and you all didn't hurt worse then the beating we got from the port.

Veera nods as she speaks.

Honestly I did it for Emily. She'd be heartbroken if I let you 2 die. And Brian you ARE my foster brother. So I do care for you a little.

Jack gets up, and spits a great deal of blood, most of which goes on Veera's face.

No, not attacking merchant ships, said life or death business is not information I can tell. Yes I deserved that, I'll admit the real reason I forgot was the fact that I literally saw God less than five minutes ago, I couldn't really think about anything else. I remembered that you were unconscious just as we were pulling out of port we were ten miles out, I was going to turn back, but with that current wind it'd be impossible, completely impossible, I can't sail straight into the wind mate, there was a gale blowing.
